June, 2010 Lead 10 person staff in project cost management, document control, translation, contract, estimate preparation, scheduling, accounting, and administration for international offices. Train project personnel on corporate policies/procedures and project controls systems in a high stress multinational environment. Prepare FY 2010 budgets for three international offices. Collaborate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors during the estimating, contract negotiating, and project execution phases. Assist with ISO 9001 certification and Earned Value Systems.
