Working as part of the Alliance Affiliate team on the LUL Station Mods/Upgrades Project, I was responsible for the production and implementation of cost and resource-loaded P3 programmes for LUL station refurbishments and upgrades (BCV stations), Special Projects (Fire Protocol, Train Crew Accommodation, and LV Mains), production of reports and KPIs, and presentation to senior management on a bi-weekly basis.

I was appointed as Lead Planner on Elephant & Castle and Piccadilly Circus stations which involved managing the Planners in the other Alliance Affiliate teams and facilitating the Project Managers & Project Engineers to develop and implement an agreed target programme for these two stations. In the delivery of these two programmes, I initiated a system of working that was adopted as ‘best practice’ by the other Alliance Lead Planners.

I also participated on the peer panel of Planners leading the successful P3 to P3e conversion throughout the project teams.
