• Requirement analysis in terms of labour, materials and equipment (Procurement)
• Knowledge of project delivery and management procedures; Knowledge of management practices and team working skills
• Maintain interfaces between the various elements of the overall project
• Through discussion with the various owners of activity required for the deliverables, I develop individual project control and execution plans and/or detailed staffing utilization plans for each owner activity.
• Analyse the overall schedules and critical activities and where resource or activity clashes are identified, initiate discussions with individual resource and/or activity owners to resolve conflicts and provide feedback to management team members for action as required.
• Developed look-ahead schedules and forecasts to lead engineers and management team members.
• Knowledge of onshore engineering construction functions and essential interfaces between other asset stakeholder groups. Expertise in planning processes to support effective delivery and proven project planning experience, with significant experience in onshore engineering and construction environment.
• Self motivated and ability to work with little or no supervision and under pressure.
