Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare budgetary estimates, quantity take-off and bill of quantities.
• Evaluates proposals/estimates submitted by suppliers and subcontractors.
• Evaluates change orders, budget vs. actual accomplishment.
• Updates materials and construction costs.
• Prepares cost analyses of all work items.
• Attends Pre-bid conferences.
• Prepare periodic report as needed.
• Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
• Ensures the implementation of the quality plans and objectives of the department and project
• Performs tasks in accordance with the processes defined in the company’s QEHSMS Manual.
• Preparing project schedule in Primavera Project Planner (P3).
• Monitor’s and checks various activities of the project, i.e. material control, structural, architectural of RFI’s/CFI’s.
• Monitors quality of subcontractor’s accomplishment in accordance with approved specification.
• Preparing points of coordinates for land development and structure.
• Preparing the power point presentation for Executive Committee meeting.
• Prepare monthly Project Director Report to be submitted to owner.
