OKHTA CENTRE PROJECT, 400m tall tower & surrounding development (350,000 m2)

Developing project master and detailed construction programme with integrated material procurement and working documentation schedule. Establish Enterprise project structure (EPS), Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS) and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to Project programme.
Using Primavera programme P6 server version to develop detailed construction programme that contains 3000 activities, with workforce, material and plant allocated to activities, as well as cost plan (cash-flow) projection. By means of Critical Path analysis and what –if scenarios combinations produced numerous programme versions in order to detect most suitable programme option.
Prepare and maintenance of separate pre-work packages detailed construction programmes for Testing Barrettes and Pile Testing.
Prepare and issue of necessary programme updates and reports to Construction Director, Project Manager and Engineer Organization.
Review and approve of subcontractor’s programmes. Attend to site coordination meetings.
