March, 2009 Tasked with leading a small Planning Team to plan, progress measure and report on a US$225M bio-pharmaceutical facility in Hillerød, Denmark.
This role involved leading a team of individuals to co-ordinate with the Project/Construction Management Team, Designers, Senior Leadership Team and sub-contractor organisations, as appropriate.
My role on the project also meant that I was continually advising on project process, strategy and decision-making.
