Providing project controls expertise to the Upstream Project Team on the Yme re-development project (~Nok 10 Billion).

The project involves a turnkey contract for the fabrication of a Mobile Offshore Production Unit with a subsea storage tank, and subsea tiebacks.

Role initially involved the project management elements for the bid process for a Drilling Work over Unit project for the MOPUStor, and subsequent management of the project services team for this function of the project.

Also tasked with leading a small project controls team on an artificial gas lift project (installation of electrical submersible pumps in the wells) for another Talisman field (Gyda).

Additionally responsible for leading the project controls elements of all development projects, ensuring they consistently follow the Project Delivery System requirements, and developing associated project procedures.
