Construction of 4.25 kilometers of four lane divided highway around the north side of Wilmington, NC – Contract Value $85.5M
Included in the works were 2.3 kilometers of bridge structure spanning the Northeast Cape Fear River and adjoining wetlands. Main span (140M) consisting of two each cast-in-place balanced cantilevered box girder elements.
• Oversaw erection and operation of formtravellers from DSI
• Planning, Scheduling and Site Preparation
• Oversaw Installing and Stressing DSI Post Tensioning System
• Interact with subcontractors and suppliers to coordinate the job
• Cost Control
• Review and Tracking of submittals and RFI’s
