The Gorgon LNG Project (Perth, Australia).
Phased development of the Gorgon and Jansz gas fields that will include drill centers at Gorgon with up to 15 wells and drill centers at Jansz with up to 15 wells. Scope of work includes delivery of the Manifolds, Pipeline Termination Structures, Connection Systems, Subsea Pig Launchers and Pipeline End Terminations.
• Establish and maintain overall project schedules, including engineering, procurement & construction plans.
• Establish and maintain systems for collecting and reviewing project progress.
• Responsible for monitoring progress including earned value, s-curves, performance indicators, spent hours and remaining hours, and re-baseline of schedule
• Review project for critical items in terms of total float.
• Ensure that all relevant progress update is performed in the schedule according to internal procedures (and instructions given by the EPC planner).
• Evaluate schedule effect of VOR’s/VO’s and give input to VOR’s/VO’s.
• Report critical procurement items in weekly/monthly meeting.
• Review design changes and monitor satisfactory implementation into schedule.

• Give input to project weekly & monthly reports.
