     Establish the revised overall EPC schedule in P3 with client approval for base lining.
     Update and maintain the EPC master schedule. Generate 3 week and 90 days look-ahead construction schedule for weekly and monthly project contractual submission..
     Gather offshore engineering and procurement progress data for roll up into the master schedule.
     Coordinate with discipline engineers and procurement coordinators on matters related to schedule.
     Coordinate with construction schedule engineers for the schedule update and conduct weekly schedule review checking on total floats; logic analysis; and verify forecast completion dates.
     Prepare internal monthly overall schedule analysis report to management highlighting the projects critical path; identifying near critical activities; delayed activities; provide schedule statistics and list down areas of concern.
     Prepare the overall schedule status for the monthly report to client highlighting major schedule variances to the baseline.
     Prepare the risk analysis and recovery schedule at 50% progress for the joint project management team’s Risk Analysis Workshop.
     Gather and prepare the back up data as the basis for the recovery schedule such as construction productivity rates; offshore engineering forecast of AFC drawing issuance; and procurement forecast delivery dates.
     Prepare the initial pre-commissioning / commissioning schedule based from data provided by the interim commissioning manager.
     Take the lead in the preparation of the construction and pre-commissioning system-wise detailed schedule at 70% progress based from the P&ID and non-P&ID systems definition to achieve system-wise mechanical completion handover.
