     Prepare the overall project master schedule in level 3 using Primavera based from the bench mark schedule provided by the client and its consultant during the early stage of the project.
     Gather and validate scheduling information from client; partner and affiliate companies.
     Develop a system and procedure for progress measuring subject for client approval. Define progress milestones and its corresponding percent weight values.
     Maintain and update the level 3 master schedule and compare with the baseline. Present the schedule in various format, roll ups and details to suit different end users.
     Utilize the E-Marian Material Management program to monitor procurement progress. Define progress milestones, upload plan dates and measure progress.
     Define Required on Site (ROS) dates / required delivery on site date based from the project schedule and input the data into the E-Marian system as the basis by the Procurement group in their purchasing activities.
     Coordinate with the procurement group on matters concerning ROS dates and procurement progress. Follow-up delaying material deliveries and inform impact to the schedule.
     Coordinate and follow-up progress updates from Toyo engineering offices in Korea and China where the Ex-FEP and Detail Engineering works are executed.
     Revise the baseline schedule as the need arises and as per approval by the client to incorporate latest project condition and additional scope of works.
     Allocate resource and generate resource curves and histogram for client review and approval.
     Allocate percent weight value and generate S-curve for periodic progress monitoring.
     Develop a level 4 construction detailed schedule in coordination with the site construction management team.
     Generate three month look-ahead schedule; review with the construction management team; and present to the client and contractors for implementation using key-plans and drawings with the aid of Power Point presentation
     Attend weekly schedule coordination meeting with the client management team and present areas of concerns affecting the schedule.
     Assigned to work in the different office locations at every stage of the project such as in the UK for the FEP early EPC stage, Korea during the extended FEP stage, Shanghai, China office for the detail engineering stage and at the project site during the construction stage.
