Overall responsible for all planning functions from progress updates to month end reporting to client boardroom presentations of progress, delays, options, risk etc.
Managing 4 planners on 20 various contractors. All updates are received electronically from various companies’ world wide. These updates all have a common coding structure developed by myself to enable fast effective interface plans to be viewed by management. Used custom software products for reporting, and have common commissioning access database with the same coding to overlap construction with commissioning effectively between various contractors.
