• Preparation of Job order package Schedule and Resource loading against each activites from Resources pool.
• Study Drilling Rig Schedule movement, Planning activities of Well head Hook-ups along with flowline, which helps Client 1 day additional production of Oil.
• Preparation of Shutdown Plan. Meeting Client daily to discuss on Job status and Priority. Site visit to different locations to monitor progress.
• Prepare & issue Progress report of various job orders with area of concern
• Site visit to different locations to monitor and ensure completion as schedule. Prior to S/D, ensure to carryout the Pre-shutdown activities like Hot bolting, Scaffolding, free supply materials from PDO. Major time involved for Resource management.

• Preparation of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
• Grouping of activities under Area/Phase/Discipline wise and assign estimated duration for all activities and make logic network by creating relationship.
• Identify Critical Path, customizing the Schedule with Control Milestones to acceptable requirement of Client.
• Resource loading, Cost loading and Weightage to activities
• Prepare Project budget&analyze current budget, actual to date&estimate to complete.
• Prepare Engineering Control Register & Procurement/ Manufacturing Status Report.
• Prepare Manpower Histogram, Progress “S” curve & Equipment/ Vehicle deployment.
• Analyze Critical Path & give importance to those Critical activities to complete in time.
• Monitoring Progress, updating Schedule periodically.
• Identify well in advance the bottlenecks and recommend insightful mitigation plans to ensure the contractual project finish.
• Liaise with Client, attending Client’s meeting
