January, 2006 * Created detailed job plans and job packages for medium to high risk jobs. This was done by traveling to the site, scoping the work and holding meetings with SME’s to discuss deliverables, progress and upcoming milestones.
* Required to give an accurate budgetary estimate of my projects +/- 10 %. This required me to be very aware of the tasks to be performed and the cost + duration of those tasks.
* Responsible for the scheduling (M.S. Project) for the projects; this was useful in several areas: It aided in upper managements descion making process, planning, engineering, procurement and execution.
