BP, Marine Operations Group

•Developing and maintaining the integrated Master Schedule for the Marine Operations Group.
•Responsible for overseeing development of the detailed level 4 schedules for Marine and Underwater Operations.
•Responsible for liaising with other AzSPU groups to ensure interfaces are managed and the latest information is incorporated into the overall Marine Operations Group schedule (drilling, marine, Major Projects, etc).
•Responsible for overseeing the progress monitoring and reporting function and supplying weekly and monthly progress figures.
•Providing input and attendance at the Marine Operations risk sessions and provide input to project risk reviews and the schedule risk analysis
•Providing input to the Level 2 schedule produced by AzSPU Operations and MP as appropriate.
•Providing input into the development of Marine Operations Group ‘S’ curves and manpower histograms.
•Developing miscellaneous plans and schedules as required by the Marine Operations Group to investigate differing scenarios.
•Attendance at the Caspian Co-ordination Forum (CCF) to co-ordinate vessel movement planning.
•Maintain reporting systems and provide full input to AzSPU Performance Management Team.
•Monitor Contractors reporting and investigate any anomalies.
•Responsible for presentation materials to management
