Handled the following tasks:
–     Developing & reviewing of short and long term plans to accomplish project targets.
–     Developing a Detailed Work Break Down structure for better tracking of the projects.
–     Preparing Master Base line schedule using Primavera 3.1.
–     Loading resources and cost in the Base line Schedule and also preparing S-Curves.
–     Creating progress statements highlighting the critical areas, mile stone activities, etc.
–     Preparing report on work front availability / material constraints on a regular basis and submitting it to the client.
–     Preparing Look a head programme and deliver to Execution team.
–     Monitoring of progress against Base line schedule.
–     Preparing Mitigation plan to catch up the delay occurred.
–     Periodic review of cost control along with Quantity surveyor.
–     Preparation of Extension of Time and Claims if project delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
