     Description: 35 storey commercial complex consisting of 6 floors of parking and 29 floors of commercial offices located at the heart of Diplomatic area in Bahrain.

     Project Name. : Construction of 350 Villas (Phase 1 to 4), Al Marsa Floating City, Amwaj Islands.
     Contract sum: BD 7.12 Million     
     Project Period: Jan, 2003 to 2007.
     Description: Town Centre built on par with The Floating City in France designed and developed by renowned French Town Planners Spoerry Architects. This consists of villas/chalets of 11 different types with each plot owner having access to the canals.

     Project Name. : Mansion Islands, Amwaj Islands.
     Contract sum: BD 500,000
