Overall responsibility for planning and programming of the project from Concept to Handing Over..
Assist all Construction and Project Managers in the preparation of Construction Programmes, Planning Procedures, Site Logistical Layouts, Appearance Layouts, Progress Monitoring and Reporting throughout the life cycle of the project Coordinate and Liaise with any staff within the organization to ensure planning responsibilities are met.
Assist the Construction and Project Managers in the management of sub-contractor design development and project co-ordination Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
Produce in a format agreed with the Construction Manager and Construction Director a project specific progress report for each phase of the project on a regular basis

Description: Riffa Views envisions a resort community based around an 18-hole PGA golf course. The master plan accommodates 1050 residential units of different size supported by an international school, hotel and country club, and mosques. Development includes also for hotel and country club facilities, international school, two mosques and golf course maintenance facility. The development also includes the construction of a facilities area containing a sewage treatment plant and a reverse osmosis plant for landscaping irrigation

Contract sum: $ 1.5 billion
Project Period: 2006 to 2010.
Description: Bahrain Bay is balance of commercial, residential and retail spaces, all set around the Manama waterfront. Phase one will involve a 430,000m2 land reclamation and infrastructure development. Phase Two will involve the construction of the two anchor developments, the Four Seasons hotel and the new global headquarters building for Arcapita. Phase Three will involve the development of residential, retail and commercial sub-projects around the anchor developments.
Project Name. : District Cooling Project for Tabreed, Bahrain.
Contract sum: BD 7.05 Million
Project Period: April, 2006 to till date
Description: District cooling systems stretching from the Diplomatic Area to Seef District, produce chilled water at a central plant and then pipe that energy out to buildings in the district for air conditioning use. Major Clients include World Trade Center, Reef Island, Bahrain Financial Harbour etc
