Key Activities & Responsibilities:
• Develop Project control schedule, Summary level schedule and 90 days look ahead schedule at the beginning of the project.
• Develop work progress curves for all engineering disciplines, procurement, construction and overall.
• Develop man-hour loading curves for all engineering disciplines and for overall engineering.
• Monitor and control activities start / finish dates, work progress development, man-hour expenditure and productivity trends.
• Analyze the causes of potential delays and evolve possible corrective action for Project Manager’s approval
• Anticipate potentials and suggest PM for appropriate action to avert it.
• Control the correction effectiveness.
• Control of change order to update schedule.
• Prepare documents for monthly progress report & interim flash report, if required.
• Provide data for the preparation of Project close out Report.
