January, 2006 - Responsible in the monitoring/preparation of Projects Weekly Expended Man-hour Reports and Cost Status Breakdown submitted to the Client as attachment to the projects monthly billing.
- Update and maintain project’s weekly progress reports.
- Prepare Bar Chart Schedule for the Proposals, Project Proposals & Project Planning using Primavera Software.
- Update and maintain Drawing Control Reports, Work Breakdown Structure and other reports such as Profitability Ratio Charts, Manpower Profile, Overhead and Billable Man-hours and Man-hours Summary.
- Update and maintain project’s weekly progress reports.
