•Schedules
oEPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) – Developed and maintained an Overall Master Project Schedule in Primavera P6.1. The schedule consist of an integrated WBS structure, 12 fields of EPS activity coding, multiple filter fields, cost loaded with TIC cost estimate and ability to open sub-contractor detail schedules within the master schedule by using the EPS structure. Critical path was clearly defined and managed.
oEngineering Schedule – I developed the level 4 logic driven engineering schedule, due to a lack of experience from the engineering contractor. The schedule was resource loaded with man-hours. And coded to enable integration with master schedule.
oProcurement Schedule – Long Lead item procurement was inserted within the master schedule, tracking from MR to Installation. Bulk procurement schedule was developed from the POP (Procurement Operating Plan)
oConstruction Schedule – Level 3 detail inserted within the Master schedule detail Level 4 schedule setup by contractor and linked to Master schedule.

•Documents, Progress, Cost & Man-hour tracking and reports
oDeveloped detail Project Control Procedure (75 pages) – Containing Cost Estimation, Cost Control & Planning.
oDeveloped detail Basis of Schedule document
oDeveloped DSP (Decision Support Package) – Containing hyperlink index to all major project documentation incl. PEP, Design Basis, Schedule Data, Reports, etc.
oDeveloped Overall Project Reports including executive monthly summary, bi-weekly reports and analysis reports.
oDeveloped the Project Electronic Filling Structure.
oEngineering – Completed on schedule within budget. Created the complete engineering project controls system containing;
CTR (Cost, Time & Resource)
Timesheet system in Excel (containing macro’s to automate a database development)
PAAF Register
Progress Tracking System – Setup an advanced automated system using; EDSR tracking at deliverable level using a phase gate approach to accurately determine progress per deliverable, pivot tables to role-up to CTR level and schedule activity level and earned value. Forecasting by using earned value analysis.
Reports – Setup weekly and monthly reports consisting of narrative, S-Curves, Schedule, Cost & Man-hour Report, PAAF Register and Progress Analysis Report.
oProcurement – Developed the POP (Procurement Operating Plan) consisting of all PO’s and using a phase gate approach for tracking progress and to forecast delivery and manage slippage. The progress is linked to the Procurement schedule by using unique ID’s.
oConstruction – Setup level 5 tracking system using BOQ and using a phase gate approach to track actual progress.
