•     Allocation Process of Piping Materials, Electrical items, Structural Steel, Instrumentation materials & all the materials are used in construction site in SAP.
•     Download MTO (Material Take Off) from Engineering for different discipline (Piping, Structural Steel, Civil, Electrical, and Instrumentation) in SAP. Through MTO, Required quantity is generated in system for allocation, download of Site generated take-off.
•     Involved in INTERCOMPANY SALES TASK FORCE to meet requirement of various plants within RELIANCE Group.
•     Booking of Material in dummy drg for INTERCOMPANY SALES.
•     Taking PO details from SAP & analysis to check for meeting requirement at right place and at right time.
•     Preparation of Bulk Materials Issue Notes based on request of Complex Piping / Materials Coordinators.
•     Preparation of Allocation Transfer Note based on SITE requirement.
•     Maintain & Update the records of our group.
•     Reconciliation of the materials with the contractors for their early issue.
•     Provide technical support to the contractors.
•     Guiding the contractor for their work at site, ensuring all the quality aspects
