Project:            Inter Continental Hotel, Fujairah, United Arab Emirates. Cost: 550 M AED.

The proposed project is located @ Aqqah Beach, Fujairah, which is a 5 Star hotel including Royal Villa, Spa, Business facilities and a small retail component, in addition to automated and conventional car parking facilities.

I had updated/monitored the Shaikh Zayed Hospital Project for Muzafar abad, Azad Kashmir, Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Prepare and update Master Programme in P6 with a proper sequence and logic to ensure correct market studies, design, engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.

·         Review and evaluate contractor’s schedules to determine compliance with contract requirements.

·         Review, monitor and control the project schedules, deliverables, programs, progress and contractors’ claims in line with the contract conditions.

·         Develop and agree standard progress measurement procedures and control schedules with the Contractors and Consultants.

·         Preparing and presenting all presentations for higher management decision making process. And supervising all Progress Meetings and Co-ordination Meetings.

·         Assessment of all Extension of Time claims.

·         Controlling the project management cycle till taking over.

·         Making models for recovering project delays.
