Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and periodic update integrated (including milestones, engineering, procurement, construction & close out) Clause 14/14.1/8.3 in P6 v8.2 Programme including resources (manpower, quantities & cost) with a proper sequence & logic and seek approval from consultant.
· Prepare EOT (extension of time), target & recovery programmes.
· Creating professional analytical reports / presentations like (productivity & Progress) along with weekly / monthly reports and attend weekly client meetings.
· Develop / implement project monitoring / controlling tools like cash flows, KPI’s, S-Curves.. etc.
· Prepare subcontractors’ procurement & deliverables (shop drawings & materials) schedules.
· Review & monitor sub-contractor’s schedules, deliverables, programs, progress and claims in line with the contract conditions.
· Prepare early warning schedules / risk assessments.
· Prepare Tender Programmes for new bids along with manpower, staff histograms as well as Tender out- Line Construction Methodologies (often).
· Correspondence with Employer / Sub-contractors regarding planning & scheduling.
