Site Assignment Pfizer(Pharmaceutical) Sandwich Provide Planning Support to Projects Department Projects ranging from minor Equipment Installations to multi million pound Building Projects using Primavera and Microsoft Project Develop & maintain Company Database of all Projects, Tracking Projects against Baselines/Milestones through conception, finance, Implementation, Commissioning and completion using Microsoft Access/SQL Server Electronically interfacing with P3 for detailed analysis resource levelling etc if required. Currently converting into Intranet System using Visual Studio net so that Project information can be more visible to all users accessed by Web Browser.
Part time P3 Consultant at BP Grangemouth Site help and advice on maintaining P3 System
16,000 activity network supporting 10 planners. Breakdown system into more manageable business units yet be able to reconstitute the whole network for overall reporting/resource levellingif required.
Part time Borealis Sweden Setting up Project Controls Systems using the standard Controls Systems plus introducing new customized systems for clients requirements in a multiproject environment
