Construction of New Treated Water Storage Basin; New Substation Building, New Sequencing Batch Reactor Basin and Sludge Drying Beds.

Construction of Waste Water Equalization Tank - FET; N-S & N-E Pipe Racks.

Modifying the existing Utilities and Construction of new Sea Water Cooling System inside the Equate Facilities.

Upgrading the Existing Utility Unit, Ethylene Unit and EU Storage by modifying, installing and hook- up piping to/from interface points with other existing units and the new OL2K facility.

Installation of Major Equipments like Analyzer Houses, Polymer & Urea Dissolving Dosing Systems, Air Cooler & Sand Filters, Spent Caustic Neutralization Tank, WW SCW Exchangers etc.

Field Instruments Calibration, Installation & Loop Checking; Erection of DCS and ESD Panels; Installation of Junction Boxes.

Installation of Cable Trays & Supports; Cable Pulling & Termination works inside JB’s, Control Panels & Field Instruments.

Meggering and Loop Checking of Cables.

Instrument Tubing Installation, Instrument Air Manifold Installation, Safety Shower & Emergency Push Buttons, Installation of Online Analyzers.

Modification works in Demin-Building – Taking over the old control signals from Old System to newly installed ALLEN BRADLEY PLC.

Job Responsibility:
          
Developed and Implemented Planning setup through regularizing the Tracking, Planning and
Scheduling Procedure and Standard Reporting Formats and Responsible for the Planning Division
in Maintenance Department.

Preparation of Scope of Work, Detailed Work Breakdown Structure, Overall Project Bar Chart,
Level 6 Detailed Project Planning Schedule, Detailed Construction Progress measuring system
by discipline, Critical Path Diagrams, Overall Project ‘S’ Curve, Manpower Histogram, Resource
Management & Cost Estimation.

Reviewing of engineering drawings, bar-charts & job procedures for engineering projects and
coordinating with construction of projects.

Monitoring day-to-day site activities, manpower and equipment in coordination with Contract
representatives regarding work status, site delays and controlling slippage of the project,
if necessary, inspecting each project activities on process of construction to ensure that
all works are done in accordance with the planned work schedule and reflect the same in S-Curve.

Monitoring progress of the project to ensure completion of project within cost and time parameters.

Updating the actual progress of the project to ensure that the project is progressing within
targeted schedule.

Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Report & Look Ahead Schedule and Reporting
progress of the project to the Management and attend the progress coordination meeting with Client.

Project follow up and discuss with client on disputed issues. Tracking of Critical materials
/ Consumables and requirement as per schedule.
