Delivery of Highly complex, multi-disciplinary £2.9M sub-project of a £28.5M programme within a £6B portfolio, to a multi interface environment.
Responsible for the coordinated and integrated delivery of 3rd Party systems required in order to move 54 Airlines across Heathrow Terminals 1,2,3 and 4, in 12 months.
Responsible for the delivery on time and budget of the Airline Common User Terminal Equipment, check in / boarding gate systems, dedicated airline network services and Baggage reconciliation system
Coordination and integration of works with BAA IT infrastructure, property and specialist systems across the entire Heathrow Campus.
Full project management life cycle from requirements definition and development, contract development, contractor proposal reviews and selection, commercial engagement, project initiation, delivery, change control, assurance, integration, verification and validation, operational readiness, test, handover and close out to BAA DGS IGS process.
Weekly reports to programme leader, risk, issue, assumptions and opportunities management, contractor review and workpackage control.
Management, Coordination and ensuring delivery of 3 major airport suppliers (Arinc, SITA and Ultra Electronics).
