PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Working in Project Control System (PCS ) under direct supervision of Turner international, my resposibilities includes the preparation and getting the approval of the Master Schdeule & Detail Working Schedule (DWS) on Primavera Project Planner (P3-6). This schedule includes construction activities , Shop Drawing and Material Procurement.
Schedule is cost – loaded by using Contract BOQ which is used for the performance analysis of project, we were preparing and providing various reports and presentations including cash flow, Manpower Histogram for the submittal to the client /Client Respresentative (Consultant).
