Reporting directly to the project controls manager, I am responsible for development, progression and improvement of the programme schedules and cost monitoring on the TIF (Transport Innovation Fund) Heavy Rail programme of works project based in and around the Greater Manchester area. This includes a cost and programme impact monitoring and reporting service to support and deliver the project schedule as defined in our clients (DfT/AGMA) procedures. My responsibilities included:

• Liaising with the programme & project managers, construction, design and procurement engineers as well as the third party project delivery organisations in supporting the development of the working schedule.
• Cost, resource and expense loading of the same.
• Reporting against schedule impacts associated with emergent changes in current project delivery philosophy and additional scope changes.
