Responsible for the PMC supervision of on-site planning and scheduling of the Caprolactam Complex revamp. This was comprised of two areas, the Cyclohexanone Reaction and Storage Plant (ANON) and the Hydroxylamine Sulphate Plant (HAS) plus several other smaller areas. The scope of work included Civils, tank erection, steelwork, pipework, equipment, electrical and instrumentation. Liaised with all contractors and supervised their construction programs. Produced all management graphics and progress reports. Attended weekly progress meetings with contractors and client.
