•Expedite information for preparation of the monthly Project Progress Report.
•Monitor weekly schedule status reviews, and recommended corrective action.
•Progress measurement, manpower and major quantity curves, schedule reviews and interface planning with Project and Construction Managers.
•Development and implementation of the project cost coding structure to meet estimating, cost control, engineering, document control and other project reporting requirements.
•Preparation of budget/scope of work & periodic cost re-forecasts.
•To prepare the budget breakdown and to ensure proper evaluation of quotations, comparison to budget and progress cost reporting.
