 Generate the Analytical Reports which are related to Progress of work, Critical Issues, bottle necks & others on weekly and monthly basis for Management and JV partners.
 Prepare TCM / OCM presentations for management and JV partners.
 Develop Master Project Schedule of engineering & projects Department.
 Develop, from Master Project Schedule, detailed project plans & S-curves of individual projects and resource loading.
 Develop combine assets work plan of four assets. The combine asset work program comprises of yearly work plan of all departments including operations, engineering, procurement, finance, HSEQ, fields and JV meetings plans for all assets.
 Update plans and highlight deviations from baseline and suggestion for mitigation/ remedial action.
 Establishing the Monitoring System for Effective Monitoring of Project and follow up the effective implementation on site.
 Evaluate the progress reports/ work of associated contractors according to the master schedule and give the feed back to the concern discipline heads for their further actions.
 Liaison with other associated contractors regarding progress and other Issues.
 Planning of annual shutdown of the two central processing plants.
 Working as Project Engineer for wellhead compression projects.
 Prepare SOW for detail engineering and construction works.
 Direct and manage project execution by keeping regular coordination with all concerned departments like design, procurement, quality control, finance and construction to ensure the timely execution and completion of the project.
 Own and complies with the Company’s policies like QHSE and others.
