     Prepares programs, time and resource schedules for capital projects at tendering stage by utilizing computerized planning system (Primavera).
     Prepares the overall projects fiscal work plan, through discussion of project schedules with concerned project and construction engineers.

     Develops manpower requirement plans to execute assigned work. Discusses detailed scope of work and specific requirements with the responsible engineer.

Updates and maintains project plans throughout the life of the project.

Prepares weekly and monthly reports by tracking progress at site.

Prepares Bids, Quantity Takeoffs and cash flows for major construction projects.
