This involved preparation of processes, specifications and templates to control and report on progress performance and costs for the overall programme for the Stakeholders, Project Office and all supply chain contractors. Set up a resource and skills programme (within P3) to assist utilisation of existing staff and define recruitment requirements, defined and implemented a process for Risk Management which included qualitative and quantitative measurement and implementation of procedures for controlling and measuring mitigation.
