Projects undertaken:

Qatar Gas 3 & 4, Well-Head platforms & pipelines

Basic Functions:
•Co-ordination with fabrication – Operations and PMT – with regard to priorities, such as deliverables and sequences.
•Develop Logic networks to meet fabrication requirements whilst maintaining project requirements.


Tasks and Responsibilities:
•Assist in developing logic networks and schedules for bid or awarded contracts.
••Control and monitor inputs to fabrication schedule.
•Issue fabrication reports of all types.
•Assist in co-ordinations of overall project schedule.
•Assist in standard work break down and implementation of same to schedule.
•Assist with detailed planning for area schedules through pre-commissioning and commissioning.
•Advise in potential problem areas arising within the construction and advise Fab Ops Engineers and Lead Project Planners accordingly discussing potential solutions.
•Ensure that all level 4 fabrication schedules are grouped appropriately into the project schedule.
•Ensure resource planning is done adequately and monitor and maintain resource levels and forecasts.
•Perform proper schedule maintenance whilst producing and issuing all reports as required.
