Member of Shell Maintenance Optimisation Project Team at Ecopetrol Refinery Colombia responsible for identifying maintenance deficiencies; develop and improve maintenance programs and strategies; implement Shell Best Practices to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the whole Maintenance process with focus on Maintenance Planning and Optimisation. Develop and implement KPIs to measure performance and improvement. Review and follow-up the implementation of the RCM process into planning/scheduling and ensure effective execution of those task. Assess competencies and skills of maintenance staff and recommend training programs for improvement. Coach local staff to develop and implement effective and efficient work practices and standards in maintenance planning.
