Project Description:
* For pipelines: Engineering design, procurement and Execution of pipelines (surveying works, R.O.W, Stringing, Welding, N.D.T, Coating, Excavation, Laying, Backfilling, Cathodic Protection, Electrical and Instrumentation works).
* For stations: Engineering design, procurement and Execution of civil work (pipe rack foundations, equipment foundation and industrial building), mechanical work (tanks erection, piping fabrication and erection, equipment erection and steel structure erection) and E&I works.
* For tanks: Engineering design, procurement and Execution of civil foundations, mechanical work (tanks erection, piping fabrication and erection) and E&I work.
Job Title:
•The first two years as planning engineer, the others as senior planning engineer (Civil, Mechanical and E&I).
Job Responsibilities:
•To review the project’s budget.
•To ensure that a detailed, fully integrated, resourced and properly logic linked construction schedule is produced for the Project. The planning staff working within the various sections of the works produces the individual sub-projects.
•To ensure that all schedules produced by the planning teams comply with the project planning procedure.
•To ensure that the project construction schedule is progressed accurately once per week, and to report the project status against the key milestone dates.
•Produce weekly KPI’s of construction performance for each materials and milestones of the works.
•To prepare a consolidated daily, weekly and monthly progress reports for CEO.
•Follow up the productivity for project and compare it with the total company productivity. Prepare the final productivity file to assist the company for future projects.
•Prepared the revised schedule loaded with all resources and revenues.
•To assist in the detailed construction planning of the works.
