- Prepare the annual CAPEX budget for all the projects.
- Planning, scheduling, and control dedicated projects out of all projects.
- Propose and setup the project cost control system for the new projects and define the number of the cost breakdown elements needed to control the project cost.
- Officially inform the financial department to create and activate on SAP the proposed cost breakdown elements (CBS) to allocate in later stage the cost of the project material purchase orders and the invoices of the contractors.
- Create and manage the invoices follow up information system and teach and train the staff of invoicers and cost controllers to use it.
- Create and manage the projects follow up information system and teach and train the staff of projects controllers to use it.
- Add the ad-hoc reports into the information systems for the new requirements in addition to the periodical maintenance operations.
- Review and analyze the cost data submitted by the contractors in order to make the forecasts of the estimate at completion cost, that makes sure that the project cost is going as planned and indicated in the project budget.
- Allocate and approve the cost breakdown structure on the invoices of the contractors and create and release on SAP call offs and service tickets.

- Issuing technical cost and resources time-phased baseline master and detailed schedules.
- Generating annual CAPEX budgets (Fiscal and Calendar) by cost engineering modules and utilizing modeling and simulation techniques for long term estimates (5 & 10 years cost-phased plans) using computerized statistical models and probabilities distributions.
- Graphically presenting the Network Diagrams (AON & AOA), PERT, Gantt (Bar chart), curves (Banana, trend and S-curves).
- Preparing contingency plans and multi-scenario schedules.

2- Projects Scheduling, Cost Control and Forecasts:
- Tracking the activities physical progress and updating the projects schedules.

- Creating and releasing SAP call offs and service tickets, gathering accurately actual and cumulative costs (Multi-currency invoices cost allocation & approval) & assessing accruals.
- Analyzing SAP entries, comparing costs (Budget and actual) and declaring cost variance.
- Computing Earned Value, schedule-cost forecasts and Estimated Final Costs (EFC).
- Supervising the projects control staff to feed and update periodically the computerized project control system for continuous and effective control.
