:     Monitor the Site Progress

:     Prepares Weekly Progress Report to be forwarded to the Consultant

:     Attends Weekly Progress Meetings; and Explain to Consultant / Client the significant points

:     Submit Monthly Report to Consultant; and to Head Office

:     Assist the QS / Commercial Manager with Extension of Time by making Impacted Programs

:      Makes Recovery Schedule / Internal Program for the Project Manager and Construction Manager
