Revamping and newly construction experience for ICT&T (Mech-II), Singapore Parallel Train Project (SPT)-second integrated petrochemical complex centred on a heavy steam cracker.
Project scope: Construction of piping & equipments ( pumps,trubines,compressors, towers & vessels, heat exchangers),Design & construction of steel work.

1) Report to planning manager and assist in the development of detail schedule, scope identification and logical sequences.
2) Achieved signoff contract by receiving agreement on proposed EPC level-3 schedule and assign manning for overall manpower loading.
3) Break down schedule level into detail construction work packages based on piping materials specification(PMS),P&ID,Equipment GA, Piping & Structural GA, Plot plans, site conditions and constructability studies (i.e. WP schedule, Tie-in Schedule).
4) Update and incorporate subcontractor’s proposed schedule, EPC contractor’s Equipment ETA, Civil released date.
5) Develop and implement the priority works and expedites the project team.
6) Established and update construction management system (CMS) for overall progress evaluation. Developed database for progress calculation, reporting and back-up data for CMS progress claim.
7) Attend weekly progress meeting, planning meeting with EM & FWP and high light the project status, critical path, determine the priorities works.
8) Prepare and update three weeks and three months look-ahead schedule that reflect the priority activities.
9) Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas needing attention for action of the project team.
10) Monitor KPI and productivity against the spent resource hours and highlight the area of concerns.
11) Submit weekly construction progress reports to client and project status to country manager.
