1.     Supervise main contractors for reconstruction of cement plant and construction of power plant to build an overall schedule.
2.     Prepare Project Planning and Control Procedure and review Project Planning and Control Procedure from Main Contractor.
3.     Prepare a master schedule which is cover all schedule of main contractors.
4.     Progress updating and monitoring for power plant and cement plant.
5.     Monitoring the critical activities consistently, arranging some scenario to avoid any delay, discussion with main contractor closely to prepare catch up plan to achieve the target.
6.     Check and review reporting of main contractor, two weeks look a head schedule, two months look a head schedule, equipments allocation plan, man powers allocation plan, etc. Reminding main contractors if their schedule (weekly or monthly) will cause delaying of overall project.
7.     Assist Project Manager / Site Manager in assessment of new contractor.
8.     Conduct coordination meeting / weekly progress meeting with contractors.
