Biotech Project Controls Manager

Responsible for providing Project Controls services to project team members to support projects from conceptual business case to project execution approvals. Specific tasks include; planning, estimating, benchmarking, scheduling, project setup, cost control, project reporting, cash flow management, assessing earned value and accruals, resolving project issues and concerns, risk identification and mitigation. Responsible for all site projects with a portfolio of 15 to 20 projects in different life cycles. I have managed a staff of up to eight resources under my leadership providing mentoring and management.
