Project Management Office Puerto Rico Project Controls Leader supporting corporate capital investment for three manufacturing sites. Responsible for the ambassadorship of the company’s Capital Project Management Process which included long range capital planning, working with cost center managers on different project options, estimating those options, compliance of project gate deliverable requirements, cost control and reporting. Responsible for entire project life cycles. Responsible for formulation of execution plan and assigning Project Controls resources to project in construction execution. Significant achievement included the buy-in of new company key stakeholders after multiple company merger of Searle, Pharmacia, and Upjohn corporation.
