As a Strategic Planner for Scottish Water I was responsible for implementing change management process as part of the £2b capital investment programme for period 2010-2015.

Designed and delivered Technical Expression, as instructed by the Senior Management and agreed with SEPA, DWQR and Scottish Government.
Led cross-functional interfacing with various consultancies, Government agencies and internal departments in order to deliver to tight deadlines and manage all Regulatory changes via the audit change control process.
Integral to the prioritization and profiling of the Capital Investment Programme 2010-2015.
Completed the migration of the internal Access database onto an Oracle platform.
