• Monitored & coordinated from HO for Providence Cricket Stadium project at Guyana, West Indies of area 1,29,000 sqft and costing 25 million USD -Design &Build project.
• Coordinated with site team, design consultants and other supporting departments to ensure timely delivery of resources & deliverables and ensuring progress as per programme.
• Planning Engineer for Mumbai’s biggest Mall worth 11 million USD and 12,00,000 sqft area consisting of multi storied car park, 35 storied high-rise hotel building, Multiplex and Car Showroom all interconnected with a 9 storied circular ramp with ‘Top-Down’ technique of construction.
• Attended progress review meetings with client and advised project team regarding priorities, possible bottlenecks and recovery programmes.
• Contractual correspondences with client, prepared and submitted EOT claims, prepared and submitted claims for extra items.
• Guided and trained a team of two junior planners and trainees. Developed a robust reporting system with site team for effective day to day reporting and monitoring.
• Worked on both D&B contracts and also Item Rate contracts. Planning software tool used Primavera (P-3) & MS Projects.
