Scope: Construction of 4 Basement Floors, 1 Ground Floor, 4 Podium Floors, 63 Typical Floors, 2 Service Floors, 3 Duplex Floors (Pent House) and 1 Health Club i.e. Residential Tower.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for establishing Master Construction Schedule (Level 4) in Primavera 6.0.
• Steering initiatives towards establishment of Project Budget & comparing it against tendered prices.
• Capably synchronizing all the activities related to main Contract Administration.
• Focusing on drafting subcontract agreements/conditions of sub-contract (general & particular) in line with FIDIC 1987 Red Book.
• Successfully setting-up of Progress Monitoring System including implementation of Time Impact Analysis – window analysis technique.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for wide gamut of activities entailing planning & establishing Master Construction Schedule (Level 3) in Primavera 5.0/6.0 and confirming Project Budget & comparing it against tendered prices.
• Meticulously fore fronting the establishment of Project Method Statement and ensuring timely release of construction drawings for Site Team/Subcontractors for proceeding work.
• Competently analyzing contractual documents and overseeing the preparation of related document such as work program, progress reports, subcontractor progress payments, cost controlling, periodical activity reports, etc.
• Skillfully preparing and initiating work program follow-ups and executing these works by being responsible to the Project Manager.
• Actively involved in drafting subcontract agreements/conditions of sub-contract (general & particular) in line with FIDIC and establishing site safety rules & regulations.
• Strategically selecting subcontractors and participating in price negotiation.
• Proactively participating in Client’s technical coordination meeting, Subcontractor’s meeting, Internal Management meeting, etc.
• Initiating development of revised program as and when required according to the data from site technical personnel.
• Effectively evaluating production progress and its expenditures in parallel to the works concerning the project budget and conducting comparative study with accounting data and preparing the Budget.
• Preparing subcontractor progress payments after controlling the current footages of the site technical personnel’s detections, and submitting them for approvals to the Project Manager.
• Detecting deviations from cost and time and if any, reporting the same to the Project Manager and proposing possible measures.
• Effectively coordinating with Project Manager, Consultant’s Resident Engineer, Client’s representative to run the project smoothly.
