Responsibilities:     
     Responsible for preparing and submitting weekly notices of planned works to the client and Three Months Rolling Program (3MRP) for detailed construction activities in Primavera Project Planner (P3) version 3.0.
     Ensuring monthly updating of Time, Cost and Resource activities in P3, including merging of design updates received from design consultants based at HTC Essen, Germany.
     Actively involved in creating, monitoring and controlling of internal working construction schedules based on the overall contractual program for various types of construction activities such as Pile Foundations, Mono-Pile Foundations, Flat Foundations, Pile Caps, Pier Shafts, Pier Caps / Bearing Plinths, Viaduct Superstructures, Single Span Cast-In-Situ (Cis) Bridges, etc.
     Accountable for examining and monitoring Box Girder Production / Placement / Outfitting Works, I-Beam fabrication / Placement / Deck & Diaphragm works.
     Entrusted with additional responsibility of monitoring Design progress for various stages such as Definitive Design, Final Design and Construction Design drawings through custom made VBA Excel programs and the EPLASS system.
     Handling maintenance of Time Change Diagrams prepared in AutoCAD R14/2000.
     Additionally responsible for production planning and Monitoring of parapets & cover slabs.

     Merit of leading the Planning and Progress Control Department during the temporary absence/annual vacation of the Department Manager.
     Distinction of being involved in prestigious project of Taiwan High Speed Rail Corporation (THSRC) with contract Value of 800 Million Euros.
