Working with a portfolio of projects ranging in duration from 2 month up to 60 months. Supporting the project teams with key accountabilities such as
· Managing the project plans a project plan on a monthly / weekly basis
· Monitoring a portfolio of projects
· Provide data to generate current & future resource requirement
· Producing and maintaining activity payment schedules
· Producing earned value reports
· Monitoring CPI & SPI
· Producing programmes for various types of contract NEC & Limit of liability.
· Assessing contractor programmes
· Monitor contractor programmes
· Producing report templates for various client/reporting needs
· Generate reports for managers as well as customers
· Using Primavera P3e version 8
· Producing tender programmes for large and small bids.
· Working within a bid/project team
· Assisting in the creation of procurement schedules
· Critical path analysis
Creating bid programmes for various sizes contracts ranging £20,000 up to £6,000,000. Managing and maintaining programmes for project based at our offices and at site. Creating programmes for rig builds, testing / trials as well as site installations. Updating the programmes on a monthly or weekly basis depending on the project requirements. Monitoring the critical/near critical path to advise of any slippages, problems or potential problems.
Generating activity/payment schedules and reporting on any slippages. Then providing and potential solutions to correct any problems.
Monitoring and reporting on the project SPI & CPI, Producing earned value reports for project showing cumulative & monthly earned value and the any adjustments t the programme spend profile.
Assessing contractor programmes to attain if they are achievable as well as challenging to ensure that deadlines can be met. Integrating contractor programmes into the overall programme to monitor progress and affects on the overall programme. Assisting customers with the integration of our programme into theirs. Working with customers to build up tender programmes and produce a combined budget / spend profile.
Working across the portfolio to assess resource and material requirements. Highlight any potential clashes across the portfolio of work and advising of potential changes that will avoid any problems. Assisting the procurement team in the generation of procurement schedules.
