Project Controls Specialist
Responsibilities included overseeing $300M budget, providing due diligence; identifying cost savings through monitoring cost per Work Packages; forecast final cost; prepare trend alerts and change notices as required.
Prepared cost estimates for various projects to be reviewed and approved, and provided management with JDE monthly cost reports on various mobile equipment utilized on site.

Spearheaded contract administration initiatives in the development, review and validation of RFP’s for Project Controls contract personnel and project management deliverables for Prime Contractors on-site.
Managed ISO 9001 certification of one company; ISO 9001 re-certification of a second company.
Prepared project initiative that included written definitions, scope, objectives, resource tables, roles and responsibilities that was approved by Shell management and incorporated into the Commissioning binder’s documentation.
