The mixed development comprised 25 retail units at ground floor level, anchored by Dunnes Stores, together with 191 residential units in a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments and duplexes, arranged in eight different apartment blocks, the grounds of which were fully landscaped, with car parking for 900 cars provided at basement and first floor levels
